200 hundredth post-Sunflowers!

Kingston decided he wanted to plant sunflowers this spring. We are finally getting to see some results!

Sunflowers hold a special place in my heart. When Chris and I were picking flowers for our wedding, he insisted on having sunflowers. Unfortunately for him, sunflowers didn't fit in the overall scheme. So instead I brought him a sunflower as I was walking down the aisle! Every time I see a sunflower I remember that special moment in our lives!

We went for dinner and a show aboard the Showboat in Branson. The kids had a great time. The talking dogs were a favorite, along with the gummies on the ice cream!

Seven Months

Camden has hit the 7 month mark! He is quite a character! He will eat almost anything in sight, including a finger or a diaper! He has very little interest in crawling and is just content to roll back and forth or cry for someone to pick him up. Sadly he has given up the Kiddapotamus (swaddle blanket). But he has done well "loving" on his blankie that Mimi made him. Now I just have to talk her into making a second one so I can wash the first!!!! He loves watching his brother and lights up when Kingston stops to talk to him. He is already wearing some 12 month clothes, even though he's just "average" on the Dr.'s chart. Camden has discovered the joy of playing in the water table and the pool. The next month should be very interesting...
